People in Newham are enjoying a mental workout thanks to a mobile computer gym that is travelling around the West Ham and Plaistow New Deal for Communities (NDC) area offering free training in essential ICT skills.

Lewisham's latest Cyber Centre at Silwood

Silwood Estate in Lewisham is home to one of South London's best Cyber Centres and it is proving to be very popular with local residents. With free learning for up to 25 people at a time, Silwood's UK Online Centre is equipped with 18 computers, a plasma screen, interactive board and mini studio facilities.
