GOL has set up a new Housing Delivery Unit to address the capital’s challenging housing agenda. A step-change in housing supply is needed to accommodate London’s growth and ensure the capital’s continued economic success.
The Unit has developed a Housing Delivery Plan for London jointly with the Greater London Authority and the Association of London Government, and will be working closely with key partners, including the London Development Agency, Housing Corporation and English Partnerships to implement it.
GOL’s Regional Director Liz Meek said:
